Leesa Klepper is the founder and Director of Thrivewell Coaching, a leading wellness coaching and solutions firm. A National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Leesa is passionate about helping people enhance their well-being, performance, and professional success.
A former law school professor, law school administrator, and health care lawyer, Leesa brings a wealth of expertise, experience and understanding to her clients. Leesa helps clients navigate the variety of personal and professional choices and challenges they face at different stages in their lives, empowering them with the insight and confidence to implement positive behavior changes to meet their goals. She brings her passion for helping people, along with her own professional experience and background working with highly-motivated individuals, to her coaching practice. She has extensive experience working with lawyers and doctors, in particular, to manage stress, build resilience, develop healthy behavior, set and achieve meaningful goals, and maintain well-being during critical career and life transitions.
Her mission is to help each client grow, embrace change, enjoy the journey, and – not just survive – but thrive.
Leesa is an honors graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School, and received her Integrative Health Coach Certification from the Duke Integrative Medicine Health Coach Professional Training Program. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She lives in the Washington, DC suburbs with her husband, spirited children, and beloved dog.
